I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in attachment trauma and its impact across the lifespan. With over 10 years in mental health and social services, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life—from teenagers navigating their first experiences with anxiety to adults working through decades of unresolved trauma.
My Approach
I created Arise Counseling Services for people who feel stuck, powerless, or overwhelmed by self-doubt and depression. My approach is warm, flexible, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe that healing happens through genuine connection and understanding.
